摘　　要：【目的】探讨下颌智齿冠周炎致面颊瘘的诊治体会。【方法】对21例下颌智齿冠周炎致面颊瘘的进行回顾性研究,总结临床诊治经验。【结果】对下颌智齿冠周炎致面颊瘘的患者行下颌智齿拔除术和面颊瘘道刮治术,可获得良好的治疗效果。对下颌骨颊侧破坏骨质需行刮除。【结论】下颌智齿冠周炎致面颊瘘经正确诊治可获得良好的治疗效果,及时处理下颌智齿冠周炎是预防此类面颊瘘的关键。[Objective] To investigate treatment of buccal fistula caused by mandibular wisdom tooth. [Methods] The treatments of buccal fistula caused by mandibular wisdom tooth in 21 cases were reviewed retrospectively. [Results] Extraction of mandibular wisdom tooth and scaling of fistula are satisfied conservative approaches to treat buccal fistula caused by mandibular wisdom tooth. [ Conclusions] Buccal fistula caused by mandibular wisdom tooth can obtain good prognosis throught appropriate treatment. Timely treatment of pericoronitis is the key to prevent buccal fistula caused by mandibular wisdom tooth.
