摘　　要：目的:研究胃癌组织中O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA-甲基转移酶表达及其临床意义。方法:采用SABC免疫组织化学方法检测46例胃癌组织MGMT的表达。结果:胃癌中MGMT总阳性率为47.83%(22/46)。MGMT在浸润浆膜组和有淋巴结转移组阳性率明显增高,与浸润肌层和无转移组差异有显著性(P<0.05);胃体部癌MGMT阳性率较高,与贲门部比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MGMT在胃癌中的表达与性别、年龄、分化程度相关性不明显(P>0.05)。结论:MGMT在胃癌中的表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移和癌的部位有关。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of MGMT expression in gastric carcinoma. Methods ： To detect the expression of MGMT in 46 cases of gastric carcinoma by Immunohistochemical SABC method. Results： The total positive rate of MGMT in gastric carcinoma was 47.83% （22/46）. The positive rate of MGMT was significantly higher in serosa infiltration group and lymph node metastasis group. There was a remarkable difference comparing with myometrium invasion and no lymph node metastasis group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate of MGMT was higher in gastric body cancer,the comparison of gastric body cancer and cardia carcinoma had statistical significance. The expression of MGMT was insignificantly related with sex, age of patients and differentiation degree （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The expression of MGMT is related with cancer cell invasive depth, lymph node metastasis and the site of carcinoma.
