摘 要:目的:探讨钙离子结合蛋白A4(S100A4)及上皮型钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)在前列腺癌中的表达和临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测68例前列腺癌组织及50例良性前列腺增生组织中的S100A4蛋白及E-cad蛋白的表达,并进行半定量分析和比较。结果:68例前列腺癌组织中32例(47.1%)S100A4蛋白阳性表达,31例(45.6%)E-cad蛋白阳性表达。50例良性前列腺增生组织中8例(16.0%)S100A4蛋白阳性表达,41例(82.0%)E-cad蛋白阳性表达。良性前列腺增生与前列腺癌组织之间S100A4蛋白及E-cad蛋白表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S100A4蛋白及E-cad蛋白在肿瘤组织中表达的差异,与前列腺癌的组织学分级、临床T分期和淋巴结转移有关,而与年龄和远处骨转移无关。结论:在前列腺癌组织中,S100A4蛋白及E-cad蛋白的表达变化与肿瘤的进展密切相关,是判断其生物学行为,预测转移趋势极具价值的指标。Objective:To discuss the expressions of S100A4 and E -cadherin (E -cad) in prostate carcinoma, and to explore their roles in prostate carcinoma invasion and metastasis and their biological significance. Methods: We evaluated 68 cases of prostate carcinoma and 50 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and examined the presence of S100A4 and E- cad by immunohistochemical S- P method. Results: The expression of S100A4 was founded in 47.1% in prostate carcinoma and E -cad was 45.6% (P 〈 0.05). Both S100A4 and E -cad in prostate carcinoma and benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue had significant difference. The expression of S100A4 was positively correlated with clinical stage, tumor grade and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but not with age and bone metastasis ( P 〉 0.05 ). The expression rate of E - cad decreased while the expression rate of S100A4 rose. The expression rate of E -cad rose while the expression rate of S100A4 decreases. Conclusion: The expression of S100A4 and loss of E - cad are significantly associated with tumor progression in prostate carcinoma. Both of them can be the predictors of the biological behavior and trend of the patients with prostate carcinoma. The expressions of S100A4 and E - cad in prostate carcinoma are intimate relation. They perhaps affect the occurrence, development and metastasis of prostate carcinoma together. S100A4 may be an important predictor of the clinicopathologic feature of prostate carcinoma.
