摘　　要：目的研究骨桥蛋白（OPN）在肝细胞癌（HCC）中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法选取本院50例手术切除的HCC标本和50例癌旁组织、10例正常肝组织切片，免疫组织化学检测各组标本OPN的表达，研究OPN的表达与HCC临床病理的关系。结果OPN在HCC癌组织、癌旁及正常肝组织中的表达阳性率分别为70．0％、18．0％和0％，癌组织中OPN的表达阳性率明显高于癌旁及正常肝组织（均P〈0．01）。在高、中、低分化HCC中OPN表达评分分别为0．66±1．62、2．24±1．84、2．17±1．65，低分化HCC中OPN表达评分明显高于高分化HCC（P〈0．05）。存在转移的HCC中OPN表达评分明显高于无转移者（2．65±1．83比1．30±1．71，P〈0．01）。结论HCC中OPN的表达与其临床病理有关，提示OPN可能是HCC转移复发的一个潜在指标。Objective To study the expression of osteopontin （OPN） and its clinical pathological value in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods Fifty resected specimens from the patients with HCC, paracarcinoma tissue of 50 cases and normal liver tissue of 10 cases were made into pathological section stained by immunohistochemistry. OPN expression in HCC was detected. And the relationship between the OPN expression and clinical pathological characteristic of HCC was studied. Results The positive rates of OPN in HCC, paracarcinoma tissues and normal liver were 70.00%, 18.0% and 0% respectively. OPN expression in HCC was obviously higher than paracarcinoma tissue and normal liver （all P〈0.01 ）. The OPN expression scores of well-differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated HCC were 0.66± 1.62, 2.24 ± 1.84, 2.17 ± 1.65 respectively. The OPN expression score of poorly differentiated HCC was significantly higher than that of well-differentiated HCC （P〈0.05）. The OPN expression score of HCC with metastasis was significantly higher than that without metastasis （2.65 ± 1.83 vs 1.30 ± 1.71, P〈0.01）. Conclusions The expression of OPN in HCC is associated with the clinical pathological characteristic. OPN may be a potential index for diagnosis of metastasis and recurrence in HCC.
