摘 要:笔者介绍了以AT89C51单片机为核心,应用应力波法测量单板层积材的弹性模量;构建了由加速度传感器、信号调理电路、峰值检测和保持电路、数字处理及显示电路、单片机等组成的测量系统,用以测定单板层积材的动态弹性模量。将动态弹性模量试验数据与力学试验机所测静态弹性模量相比较,得出二者具有显著的相关性,相关系数达到0.9以上。基于单片机的应力波法检测单板层积材的弹性模量,具有无损、设备简单、成本低,测量效率高等特点,适用于单板层积材的实时在线检测,有较好的应用前景。This paper introduces the measure of dynamic modulus of elasticity (MOE) of LVL by using stress wave method with AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer as the core. The stress wave velocity measurement system is composed of the acceleration sensors, signal conditioning circuit, peak detector and hold circuits, digital processing and display eireuit, microcomputer and so on. Comparing the dynamie MOE date with the static MOE tested by using mechanical testing method, the authors of this paper find out the former has significant relevance with the latter, and the correlation coefficient is more than 0.9, The test results show that the characteristics of the stress wave detection method base on single chip microcomputer are non-destructive, simple installations and equipments, low cost and rapidly measuring, which can be used for LVL online, real-time detection and has a better application prospect.
