竹材增强稻草板的工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了竹材增强稻草板的优化工艺,通过正交试验对板材的密度、施胶量、板坯含水率以及竹刨花加工形态四个因素加以分析,确定最佳的工艺参数。Technology for preparation of rice straw board reinforced with bamboo material was researched. An orthogonal experiment was done to analyze the influences on the board performances of the board density glue content, mat moisture content, and the shape of bamboo particles in order to obtain the optimum techno logical parameters.
