基于ISM的制造企业物流模式选择影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过Delphi专家调查法,从文献中提出的对制造企业物流模式选择具有影响的大量因素中筛选出12个主要的因素。再应用解释结构模型法,发现其中的9个是关键因素。进一步分析发现,它们的影响在各个层次上不同。Among the large number of factors in the literature that have effect on the selection of logistics mode for manufacturing enterprises,12 are identified as the major impact factors by using Delphi method.By using interpretative structural modeling（ISM） analysis,it is found that only nine of the 12 factors are key ones.Furthermore,it is found that different factors have effect on the selection of logistics mode mainly at different levels.
