摘  要:以晚熟龙眼品种‘立冬本’(Dimocarpus longana Lour.cv Lidongben)和‘九月乌’(Dimocarpus longana Lour.cv Jueyuewu)为试材,研究挂树保鲜期内龙眼果皮H2O2、MDA含量和POD、SOD、CAT活性的变化。结果表明:立冬本果皮的H2O2含量总体水平要低于九月乌的;两品种果皮的H2O2与MDA含量的变化相关性大(r=0.990和0.959,P=0.01);立冬本果皮的POD活性在挂树10d内、CAT活性在挂树5d内要显著高于九月乌的,而SOD活性在整个挂树保鲜期内无显著差异。说明POD通过活性增强方式而CAT以高活性在立冬本果实挂树保鲜初期参与清除果皮产生的活性氧,从而延长了挂树保鲜期;POD、CAT活性可作为挂树保鲜性能的指标。Fruits of 2 late longan cuhivars, ‘Jiuyuewu' and ‘Lidongben', in the trees were used as materials to determine the change of H2O2 and MD contents and activities of POD, SOD and CAT in the pericarp. The ‘Lidongben' was generally lower in H2O2 content than the ‘Jiuyuewu'. The H2O2 content was highly correlated to the MDA (r= 0.990 and 0.959,P =0.01) in both cultivars. The ‘Lidongben' was higher in POD activity in the first ten days on the tree, and higher in CAT activity in the first five days than the ‘Jiuyuewu'. However, the activity of SOD was not different between ‘Jiuyuewu' and ‘Lidongben' during the period on the trees. Therefore, POD and CAT participated in the production of active oxygen in fruit pericarp with higher activity in ‘Lidongben' fruits at the initial stage of the fruit kept on the trees, and prolonged the time of fruit on the trees. It is suggested that the activities of POD and CAT be used as indexes of fruit keeping fresh on trees.
