摘　　要：VMI是一种先进的库存管理模式,比传统库存模式具有很多优势,但是由于很多企业本身的软硬件条件还不成熟,因此VMI的实施还存在许多问题。文章在介绍VMI的基础上,指出了实施VMI中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。VMI is a model of modern in management inventory, it has advantages to tradition model of management inventory, but enterprise serf soft hardware condition is fairly immature, there exists many problem in the VML Based on introducing the VMI, the paper analyzes the problem of applying VMI and has provided the corresponding countermeasure.
