公益心与公德心的养成机制探析——来自晏阳初平民教育活动的启示

摘　　要：教育应为受教育者提升精神生活水准和改善物质生活条件奠定基础。一个人是否具有适度的公益心和公德心,是衡量其精神生活是否健康和充实的重要标准。晏阳初多年前领导的平民教育活动,为今天人们养成公益心和公德心提供了重要启示。公益心和公德心的养成是涉及面很广的社会系统工程,不仅文化教育者责无旁贷,而且需要互联网等信息平台、政府和公益性社会组织的全力支持。Eligible education should establish a sound foundation for the educated to improve spiritual life and material con- dition. To a certainty, a moderately commenweal - minded and civic - minded citizen should enjoy a healthy and substantial spiritual life. Mass education movement led by Yan Yang - chu has provided important revelation. Formation mechanism for commenweal - minded and civic - minded citizens is a social systems engineering relating to cultural educators, public infor- mation platform, government and commonweal social organizations.
