视觉眼电图快振荡电位及与明/暗循环时间关系的研究

摘  要:为记录我国正常人FOP,获得FOP的正常值。探讨明/暗循环时间对FOP的影响。记录正常志愿者18人共30眼的FOP。同时,将影响FOP记录的主要因素——明/暗循环的时间从1′到3′共设置了五档,每档30″,每位志愿者分别记录五次完整的FOP,观察/暗循环时间对FOP的影响。结果:获得了我国正常人FOP波形及正常值数据。对不同明/暗循环时间的研究表明,2′的明/暗循环时间所记录的FOP振幅值及峰/谷比为最大。明/暗循环时间小于2′或大于2′,FOP的振幅值及峰/谷比均减小。结论:首次获得了我国正常人FOP的波形及正常值数据,使FOP的临床研究成为可能。明确了记录FOP的最佳明/暗循环时间为2′Purpose:First,to record the fast oscillatory potential(FOP)in normal eyes of chinese and obtain the datas of the normal resposes;Second,to investigate the influence of the light and dark phases.Methods:The study was performed in 18 normal volunteers(30 eyes).The FOP of them were recorded.Being changed the time of the light and dark phases(from 1 min to 3 mins,step 30 secs),the FOP was recorded again and again.Results:Acquired the FOP waves and datas of normals in chinese.The study on the time of the light and dark phases shows that the amplitude and P/T Ratio of FOP response became maximal with the light and dark phasas of 2 minutes.The amplitudc and P/T Ratio became small with longer or shorter light ansd dark phases.Conclusion:Acqaired the FOP waves and datas in china firstly.The study made the clinical use of the FOP possible.Conformed that the best time of the light and dark phases is 2 minutes recording the FOP.
