基于收入共享合同的电信运营商与SP的合作机制研究

摘　　要：在分析运营商与SP合作商业模式的基础上,建立运营商与SP的收入共享合同,用以分析两者的合作机制,分别应用Stackelberg模型与不对称Nash协商模型进行求解,并通过数值计算,比较了两种模型下的价格、信息费收入分成比例、双方利润及整体利润的变化。结果表明,基于不对称Nash协商模型下的合作机制比Stackelberg模型下的合作机制优化。Based on the analysis of the business mode of the both parties, this paper builds up the revenue sharing contract to analyze the cooperative mechanism, computes it by the model of Stackelberg and asymmetry Nash negotiation. Then, it compares the change of price, allocation coefficient, both profits and the whole profits through data analysis. Result shows that the cooperative mechanism based on asymmetry Nash negotiation model is more optimizing than Stackelberg model.
