摘　　要：DNA甲基化与肿瘤发生发展关系的研究越来越受到重视，目前大量研究发现多种基因的异常甲基化与宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌相关。The relationship between DNA methylation and tumor development gets more and more attention. It has been recently found that aberrant promoter methylation of various of genes may be associated with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN） and invasive cervical cancer. Now we review the research progress of DNA methylation in CIN andeervieal carcinoma.
