摘　　要：为提高对颈髓肿瘤的诊断水平,回顾分析颈髓肿瘤12例的临床资料,12例分别由椎管造影、CT、MRI检查确诊.其中神经鞘瘤11例行全切除,脂肪瘤1例次全切除.2例哑铃型肿瘤一期行椎管内外肿瘤切除术.作者认为MRI是诊断颈髓肿瘤的最佳手段.哑铃型神经鞘瘤可一期行椎管内外肿瘤切作术.脂肪瘤难以全切除时,硬脊膜敞开减压或行减张缝合.In order to improve the diagnosis and the treatment for tumor in cervical cord, clinical data of twelve cases were reviewed and analysied, all of which were examined by spinography, CT and MRI for a definite diagnosis. Nerinomas(11 cases ) were removed totally; lipoma(1 case ) was removed subtotally; and dumbbell-shaped tumors(2 cases) which were both inside and outside the vertebral canal were removed totally by the first intention. The author believed that the best diagnostic method for the tumor in cervical cord is MRI, and that dumbbell-shaped nerinoma inside and outside the vertebral canal can be removed totally by the first intention , and that the duramater should be opened for decompression or sutured to reduce tension when lipoma cannot be resected totally.
