星形胶质瘤细胞核形态的定量分析

摘　　要：采用图像分析技术对４７例脑星形胶质瘤细胞核形态，包括核球形直径、核面积、核周长、球形体积及形态因子进行定量研究。结果表明：随着肿瘤病理学分级水平的增高，代表细胞核大小的参数均呈增大趋势，而形态因子逐渐减小，细胞核异形也愈明显；细胞核形态的定量分析对术后病人预后情况的估价有一定意义。Cellular nuclear morphosis, including diameter, acreage, perimeter, volume, as well as morphological factor, was measured by imaging analysis technology in 47 astrocytomas. The results support that: with the pathological grading increasing in astrocytomas, those parameters of cellular nucleolus size appear larger; otherwise, morphological factors trend decreasing and the heterozigosity of cell is more obvious. Any more the quantitative analysis of the cellular nucleolus appears relatively important prognostic value.
