摘　　要：本文立足于应用科学学院二级"建家"工作的实践,对于如何发挥工会组织的作用,构建和谐学院,从而推动学院科学发展提出了自己的思路,具有一定的借鉴意义。建设和谐学院在战略上需要注意发挥党委的引领作用、工会的运作能力和动员教职员工广泛参与:在战术上需要注意规范化的教代会、生动活泼的集体活动和细致入微的人文关怀。The article suggest that make it speedy progress through exerting influence of the union and constructing a harmonious school; The idea is noteworthy that is based on building homeland of the school of applied science. We may in strategy follow leadership of the Committee of the Party, exert influence of the union and arouse extensively all schoolteachers to build a harmonious school. We may in tactics be concert about normal congress of schoolteacher, varied collective movement and careful respecting with humanity.
