摘　　要：目的：探讨施行角膜层间分离烧烙术治疗大泡性角膜病变的临床效果。方法：对12例大泡性角膜病变患者施行8~9 mm深达1/3-1/2角膜的层间分离及烧烙。结果：所有治疗病例角膜愈合良好,无不良反应,眼痛、异物感症状消失,视力有不同程度改善,随访6~24个月,临床疗效稳定。结论：角膜层间分离烧烙术为不具备穿透性角膜移植的大泡性角膜病变提供了一种简便、安全、不需特殊材料、较为理想的手术方法。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of bullous keratopathy by intralm_nellar dialysis and thermocauterization of cornea. Methods： Intralamellar dialysis and thermocauterization of cornea with 8 - 9mm depth and 1/3-1/2 thickness of cornea were performed on 12 patients with bullous keratopathy. Results： Cornea intention in all cases were well. No complication was found. Ophthalmodynia and foreign body sensation disappeared. Visual acuity was improved in different extent. Followed up for 6 to 24 months, the clin- ical effect was stabilized. Conclusion： The treatment by Intralamellar dialysis and thermocauterization of cornea used in patient with bullous keratopathy especially who don＇ t own the condition of full thickness penetrating kerntophsty is a simple, safe and ideal method which need on particular material.
