摘 要:探讨氟哌酸消除鼠伤寒沙门氏菌耐药性质粒的可能性。方法以多重耐药且携带耐药性质粒的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为靶细菌,应用氟哌酸作为耐药性质粒的消除剂,进行体外耐药性质粒消除作用的研究。结果18株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌耐药性质粒消除率为72.2%(13/18),不同菌株、不同耐药表型的耐药性质粒消除情况明显不同。13株菌株可消除2~11种耐药表型;介导氨基糖甙类、呋喃类、复方新诺明、氯霉素和四环素耐药基因的耐药性质粒消除率高于6一内酞胺类和新一代抗菌药物;r质粒消除率高于R质粒消除率。结论氟哌酸是一种既可治疗严重耐药鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染,又可在一定程度上消除鼠伤寒沙门氏菌耐药性质粒,且可供体内使用的安全药物。Aim Study the possibility of eliminating drug resistance plasmids from Salmonellatyphimuri-um by norfloxacin. Methods The test for eliminating drug resistance plasmids was performed in vitro bynor-floxacin in S. typhimurium with multiresistant drug plasmids. Results Drug resistance plasmids were cured in13 of 18 strains of S. typhimurium,cured rate was 72. 2%. The cured ranges and rates of drug resistanceplas-mids varied significantly in different strains. 2-- 11 kinds of phenotypes of drug resistance lost in 13 strains. Thecured rates of drug resistance plasmids mediating aminoglycosides .furans.cotrimoxazole .chloramphenicol andte-tracyclin were higher than that of plasmids mediating 6--lactams and the new generation antibiotics. The curedrate of r plasmid was higher than that of R plasmid. Conclusion Norfloxilcin is on effective and safe drug invivo, which treats infection of salmonella typhimurium with serious drug resistance and cures drug resistanceplasmids from S. typhimurium in some extent as well.
