摘　　要：对饮含氟２４５ｍｇ／Ｌ砖茶水的大白鼠，在饲养期的３０、６０、９０天内进行了摄氟量、尿氟、粪氟、血氟、骨氟以及氟斑牙的动态观察，并以饮用２４５ｍｇ／Ｌ氟化钠水动物作为阳性对照。Measurements of fluorine intake,urine fluorine,fecal fluorine,blood fluorine,bone fluorine and dental fluorosis were made in white rats with drinking brick tea water of 245mg/L F- during 30,60,90 days.The positive controlrats drank NaF water of 245mg/L.The animal model on brickteatype fluorosis was successfully made.
