摘　　要：目的通过研究本科护理专业方向模块培训对培养特色护士的成效,探讨教学效果、方法和可行性。方法对我校2003级本科护理班学生采取自愿报名,分别开设英语模块、急重症模块和社区护理模块的培训。结果通过培训,各模块参加同学大大提高了该模块的理论水平、动手能力、独立处理和工作能力。结论方向模块对培养涉外护理、急重症护理、社区护理人才颇有成效,具有一定可行性,值得推广。Objectives To analyze the education effect,methods and feasibility of professional module training for characteristic nurse in nursing undergraduate.Methods The training of english module,acute or severe symptoms module,community care module were performed in nursing undergraduate students of 2003 grade by voluntary entering for training.Results The theory level,the operational capacity,and the independently processing and working ability of the students were enhanced after undertaking the training program.Conclusion The professional module training program is useful and worth to promoting in foreign nursing education, acute or severe symptoms nursing education, and community care education.
