摘  要:采用热电偶测试冠修复牙体预备时髓腔的温度,结果显示:牙体预备时随着冷却水流量的增加,髓腔平均温度逐渐下降;同样质地的钻针,直径大的产热多,同样形态大小的钻针,金刚砂钻产热高于裂钻;当冷却水流量不足时,间断磨除可在一定程度上控制温度的升高,当冷却水流量足够大时。In this study, the temperature in the pulp chamber was tested in vitro by thermocouple to evaluate the temperature changes in the chamber during crown preparation and the relevant factors. Results showed that the temperature changes of chamber were significantly different among four groups of different amount of water coolant——0 ml/min, 1.5ml/min, 3ml/min, 4 5ml/min. Diamond point produced more heat than tungsten carbide bur, and the larger the rotary tool diameter was, the higher the temperature was. Without water coolant or with litter water coolant, temperature increase could be controlled to a certain degree with intermittent cutting, otherwise with enough water coolant, the tooth temperature didn't rise resulting from continuous cutting.
