摘　　要：图书馆职业资格是工作人员进入图书馆行业的门槛。本文论述了职业资格认证制度的含义及建立图书馆职业资格认证制度的必要性,借鉴国外先进经验,结合我国国情,提出建立图书馆职业资格认证制度的措施和方法。The librarian professional qualification is the threshold for those to enter the profession. This article elaborates the definition and the necessity of the authentication system, and referring to overseas advanced experience and combining with the condition of China, advances the measures and the methods to establish library professional qualification authentication system accordingly .
