盐酸去甲万古霉素在新生儿葡萄球菌败血症中的应用研究

摘　　要：63例患葡萄球菌败血症的足月新生儿在常规抗感染治疗疗效不佳时，接受国产盐酸去甲万古霉素治疗。首量15mg／kg，静脉滴注，继之10mg／kg维持治疗。结果：其血药浓度可达到20～40μg／ml的有效水平，治愈率达90．5％。用药不超过2周未见严重耳、肾毒性。结果表明：只要合理用药，去甲万古霉素在新生儿重症葡萄球菌感染的治疗中是安全有效的。Sixty-three fullterm newborns with staphylococcal septicemia for whom curativeeffects were poor from other antibiotic treatment,received intravenous nonvancomycin which wasmade in China. Nonvancomycin therapy was initiated with a loading dose of 15mg/kg, followed bya 10mg/kg, q8-12h for 1 to 2 weeks. The results showed that the effective blood concentration of20～40μg/ml could be reached. The clinical cure rate was 90.5%. In this dose, treating within twoweeks, no severe ototoxity and nephrotoxity occurred. The result shows that nonvancomycin is asafe and effective antibiotic in the treatment of severe neonatal staphylococcus septicemia.
