摘  要:目的构建、评价高糖高脂饮食诱导的代谢综合征大鼠动物模型。方法8周龄雄性SD大鼠分为NC组和MS组(每组16只),分别给予常规饲料和高糖高脂饲料。每2周观测1次体重、身长、血压和空腹血糖,16周时取尾静脉血测定空腹胰岛素、血脂(胆固醇、三酰甘油、HDL和LDL)及游离脂肪酸水平,计算Lee's指数、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果MS组与NC组比较具有肥胖、高脂血症、高血压、高血糖的临床特征,并出现高胰岛素血症及血清游离脂肪酸升高,表现出显著的胰岛素抵抗。结论高糖高脂饮食诱导的方法可构建接近临床的代谢综合征模型。[ Objectives ] To establish and evaluate a rat model of metabolic syndrome induced by high glucose and high fat diet. [Methords] SD rats, aged 8 weeks, divided into NC group and MS group,were given routine diet and high glucose and fat diet (16 rats in each group). The body weights and length, blood pressure and fasting blood glucose were measured every 2 weeks. 16 weeks later, we got caudalis venous blood to measure the levels of fasting insulin, blood fat (cholesterin, triglyceride, HDL, LDL) and free fatty acid (FFA). Lee's index and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were calculated. [Results] Compared with NC group, MS group displayed clinical features of obesity, hyperhpemia, high blood pressure and hyperglycemia. Hyperinsulinemia and higher FFA levels were found in MS group. MS group showed significant insulin resistance. [ Conclusion] High fat and high glucose diet given to SD rats could induce a metabolic syndrome,which is analogous to the clinical metabolic syndrome.
