摘　　要：西北地区是多民族聚居的地方,经济相对内地落后、生活习惯存在差异、语言交流存在障碍,为构建和谐医患关系,本文提出以下对策:提高医护质量是构建医患和谐的前提;加强交流是医患和谐的基础;医院加强法制化管理是和谐的关键;因地制宜的搞一些宣传活动,使患者更多的了解医院,减少医疗纠纷。Northwest has many features, which included multi - ethnic, relatively backward in economy, differences in living habits and the barriers of language communication. Facing these features, the author put forward some suggestions on the establishment of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. These countermeasures were improving the quality of medical service and nursing, reinforcing the communication of doctor and patient, strengthening the legal management, carrying out some promotional activities to decrease the medical disputes.
