摘 要:目的:探讨军队医院科室的组织氛围对员工工作投入的影响作用。方法:随机选择3家军队中心医院工作人员共350人,共发放问卷350份,剔除无效问卷,回收有效问卷328份。运用描述性分析、因素分析法、相关分析法、回归分析法对资料进行处理结果:军队医院中员工的工作投入情况及对科室的组织氛围,会因学历程度、职别及工作部门的不同而有差别;组织氛围各维度对员工工作投入的影响有显著性差异;强调人性化管理、关心员工的行为及良好的人际关系对提高员工工作投入有正面影响。结论:根据研究结果为军队中心医院的科室主管改善组织氛围,提升员工的工作投入提出了切实可行的建议。Objective:To discuss the impact of organization climate on job involvement of the staff in clinical departments of military hospital. Methods: The author made random investigates of 350 people from three military central hospitals. 350 questionnaires were put out and 328 were taken back. The methods of descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were adopted to analyze the data. Results:Attitudes toward organizational climate of clinical departments in military central hospital are various as the staff's educational backgrounds, positions and working departments. The organizational climate has effect on the job involvement of the staff. Humanistic management, caring subordinate and good interpersonal relationships play a positive role in the job involvement of the staff. Conclusion:Based on the study, the author put forward feasible advice to the directors of section offices in the military central hospitals to improve the organizational climate and upgrade the job involvement of the working staff.
