善胃Ⅰ号方对胃癌前病变大鼠胃粘膜Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过观察善胃Ⅰ号方对胃癌前病变模型大鼠胃粘膜Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的影响,从细胞凋亡角度探讨该方干预胃癌前病变的作用机制。方法:将80只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物组和善胃Ⅰ号方组,每组20只,造模24周后开始给予药物干预,给药6周后,采用免疫组化法检测大鼠胃粘膜Bcl-2和Bax蛋白的表达水平。结果:善胃Ⅰ号方组Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率较模型对照组及阳性药物组均明显降低(P<0.05),而其Bax蛋白的阳性表达率较模型对照组及阳性药物组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:善胃Ⅰ号方可能通过抑制胃癌前病变模型大鼠胃粘膜Bcl-2蛋白的表达,且促进Bax蛋白的表达,从而促进癌前病变细胞的凋亡,对胃癌前病变的发生、发展进行干预。Objective： To investigate effect of Shanwei Prescription I on gastric precancerous tesion m me role of the Qi and Yin deficiency phase, to verify its effect on gastric precancerous lesion rats Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression. Methods： 80 Wistar rats of clean grade were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, retinoic acid group and Shanwei Prescription Ⅰ group, 20 rats in every group, the use of immunohistochemical detection of rat Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression. Results ： The Bcl-2 protein positive expression rate of Shanwei Prescription I group was lower than the group of retinoic acid and model group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, higher than normal control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, Bax protein positive expression rate of Shanwei Prescription Ⅰ higher than the other groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Shanwei Prescription 1 has a good therapeutic effect against the Qi and Yin deficiency type, to some extent, it was relative to the gastric precancerous lesion cell apoptosis.
