超声导向下用自制同轴套针行胆道穿刺──提高操作的安全性和准确性

摘　　要：目的：评价用自制同轴细针在Ｂ超导向下行胆道穿刺的临床应用结果。材料与方法：使用两种自制的同轴细套针，在Ｂ超导向下对１１例病人进行了胆道穿刺。结果：穿刺成功率１００％，均在１～３针内成功，无并发症，全部穿刺均进入胆道周围分支。Objective: To evaluate the clinical applications of home made coaxial introducing sets guided by US in bile duct puncture.Materials and Methods:US guided punctures were caried out in 11 patients with bile duct obstruction using two kind of renovated coaxial fine needle introducing sets. Results:Selective access to peripheral bile ducts was accomplished with 100% success and within the limits of 1 to 3 punctures, no complication was noticed.Conclusion: The use of home made coaxial fine needle guide by US. Could improve the security and accuracy in bile duct puncture.
