摘　　要：目的探索后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术的应用范围和经验。方法2008年4月和10月,对2例小肾癌患者施行后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术。结果手术顺利完成,肿瘤直径分别为2.5和3.3cm。手术时间分别为180和210min。肾动脉阻断时间分别为40和50min。术中出血量量分别为200和300mL,均未输血。病理报告为肾细胞癌,切缘均阴性。结论后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术对体积较小的肾肿瘤病变是一种有效和微创的治疗方法,远期效果有待进一步观察。[ Objective] To report initial experience and the indications of retroperitoneal laparoscopie partial nephrectomy. [Methods] Two patients with small renal tumors underwent retroperitoneal laparoseopie partial nephrectomy on April and October 2008, respectively. [ Results] Both operations were successful. The tumor diam- eters were 2.5 em and 3.3 em. The operative time were 180 min and 210 rain, and ischernie time were 40 min and 50 rain. The estimated bleeding volume 200 mL and 300mL, and no patient needed blood transfusion. Pathology showed renal cell carcinoma and negative surgical margins in both cases. [ Conclusions] Retroperitoneal laparo- scopie partial nephreetomy offers a new effective and minimally invasive treatment for small-volume renal tumors. The long-term effects of the procedure need further investigation.
