高校自主招生有效性的实证研究

摘　　要：通过对上海某大学A自主招生个案例进行分析,检验了高校自主招生措施的有效性.结果表明,经过高校自主招生录取的学生,在能力和素质方面能够达到和适应大学的学习要求,入学后的学习成绩更加优异,其整体的高考成绩也不低于通过高考录取的学生成绩.自主招生作为高校选拔优秀人才的有效途径应继续坚持和不断完善.The policy of autonomous enrollment is currently of great concern to the society. However, there is no consensus among people when it comes to the validity of autonomous enrollment. Using an example of Shanghai A University, this paper made an empirical study on the validity of autonomous enrollment. The results show that the quality of the students enrolled directly by the interview of the autonomous enrollment matches the requirement of university study, they have a relative better performance in the university and also have a relatively higher college entrance score in total. So, autonomous enrollment has high validity and should be upheld and improved steadily.
