摘 要:目的:改进苯佐卡因的合成工艺。方法:评价了合成苯佐卡因的主要合成路线,在较优合成路线的基础上进行试验研究,在酯化反应阶段利用微波辐射对甲苯磺酸催化合成对硝基苯甲酸乙酯。结果:酯化反应时间缩短为11min,酯化反应收率96.5%;工艺改进后,酯化和还原两个阶段的总收率达81.1%,有较大提高。结论:实验证明工艺改进后,反应时间大大缩短,总反应收率增加。Objective:To improve benzocaine'synthesis.Methods:Appraised the major technological processes for synthesising the benzocaine.According to the better technological process given improved in esterification process and made experiment for it.Synthesis of p-nitro-ethylbenzoate catalyzed by p-toluene sulfonic acid under microwave irradiation on the esterification reaction.Results: The esterification time was 11min and the yield was 96.5%; The totall yield of the two steps of hydrogenation and esterification are enhanced.Conclusion:The experiment proved the new process and conditions can not only reduce reaction time,but also increase the yield of product.
