眼外伤继发青光眼的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼外伤继发青光眼的原因和治疗。方法:对100例100眼眼外伤继发青光眼患者的临床表现和治疗方法进行分析。结果:眼外伤继发青光眼可由多种原因引起,根据本组资料可将其发病原因主要归为4种:眼内积血、前房角挫伤、晶状体源性、炎性粘连或增殖。单纯药物治疗25眼,药物联合各类手术治疗75眼(前房冲洗、白内障摘除、玻璃体切割、小梁切除、联合手术)。治疗后随防2～12mo,眼压正常者(6～21mmHg)(1mmHg=0.133kPa)82眼(82%);眼压>21mmHg者14眼(14%);眼压<6mmHg者4眼(4%)。结论:眼外伤继发青光眼的发病原因复杂,应针对病因及时治疗。AIM：To study the reason and treatment of secondary glaucoma with ocular trauma. ·METHODS：One hundred patients（one hundred eyes） with secondary glaucoma caused by ocular trauma were studied and the clinical situation and the treatment were analyzed. ·RESULTS：Secondary glaucoma with ocular trauma could be caused by a variety of reasons which might be classified as four main reasons according to the data,such as intraocular hemorrhage,angle of anterior chamber contusion,lens-derived and inflammation conglutination and proliferation. Twenty-five eyes were treated by drugs simply,and seventy-five eyes were treated by drugs and operations（anterior chamber irrigation,cataract extraction,vitrectomy,trabeculectomy and combined surgery） . After treatment,all the patients were followed-up for 2-12 months. The intraocular pressure（IOP） of 82 eyes（82%） were normal（6-21mmHg） （1mmHg=0.133kPa） . The IOP of 14 eyes（14%） were more than 21mmHg. The IOP of 4 eyes（4%） were less than 6mmHg. ·CONCLUSION：The causes of secondary glaucoma with ocular trauma were complex. The pathogeny should be treated in time.
