鼻内窥镜下治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后复发的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻内窥镜下再疏通术治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后复发的疗效,探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术后复发的原因。方法:对21例泪囊鼻腔吻合术后复发的患者在鼻内窥镜下进行再疏通术治疗,随访6～12mo。结果:16例溢泪消失,占76%,5例流泪减轻,泪道冲洗基本通畅,占24%。结论:泪囊鼻腔吻合术后复发行鼻内窥镜下再疏通术,手术成功率高,取得了满意的疗效,是治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后复发的一种有效的方法。AIM：To study the effect of surgical treatment of the recurent dacrystitis after dacryocystorhinostomy under the intranasal endoscope.·METHODS：Twenty-one patients with recurent dacrystitis after dacryocystorhinostomy underwent operation under intranasal endoscope,and the time of follow-up varied from six months to one year.·RESULTS：Sixteen patients had no epiphora,accoun-ting for 76%;lacrimation lightened and lacrimal passage irrigation was basicly unobstructed in 5 patients,accoun-ting for 24%.·CONCLUSION：Deoppilation under intranasal endos-cope for the treatment of the recurent dacrystitis after dacryocystorhinostomy has a high successful rate and can gain satisfactory curative effect,which is an effective way for the treatment of recurrent dacryocystitis after dacryocystorhinostomy.
