三种手术方式治疗翼状胬肉疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:通过翼状胬肉单纯切除术、角膜缘干细胞移植及角膜缘干细胞移植联合金因舒治疗翼状胬肉疗效比较,观察其治愈、复发率及角膜修复时间,评价其疗效。方法:将120例121眼翼状胬肉患者随机分为三组:翼状胬肉单纯切除组、角膜缘干细胞移植组及角膜缘干细胞移植联合金因舒治疗组,随诊0.5a,观察三组患者的治愈率、复发率及角膜修复时间,数据用SPSS13.0统计软件处理。结果:角膜缘干细胞移植联合金因舒治疗组患者翼状胬肉的治愈率明显提高,复发率低,角膜修复时间明显短于其余两组,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:角膜缘干细胞移植联合金因舒治疗翼状胬肉能明显提高治愈率,缩短角膜修复时间,为临床上翼状胬肉的治疗提供新的方法。AIM：Comparison of simple excision of pterygium,combined excision of pterygium with stem cell transplan-tation of corneal limbus and combined stem cell transplan-tation of corneal limbus with recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative eye drops（rhEGF） . Evaluate the curative effect and compare the curative and recurrent situation among three operative methods.·METHODS：One hundred and twenty cases（121 eyes） were divided into three groups according to operative method,half a year later,observe the curative and recur-rent as well as the corneal situation. The data was dealt with SPSS 13.0.·RESULTS：The repair time of epithelium in the group with rhEGF was lower than those of the other two groups,cure rate increased and recurrence reduced remarkably（P〈0.05） .·CONCLUSION：Combined excision of pterygium with stem cell transplantation of corneal limbus and rhEGF,an effect method to cure pterygium,can reduce the recurren-ce and lower the repair time of epithelium.
