LASIK手术与翼状胬肉相互影响的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨合并翼状胬肉的近视眼患者行LASIK的治疗方法、疗效、特殊性以及需要特别关注的问题。方法:1999-08/2007-03对21例39眼合并翼状胬肉的近视患者行LASIK治疗。对术前设计、术中情况以及手术疗效进行统计分析。结果:合并翼状胬肉的近视患者行LASIK治疗能够顺利完成。手术后翼状胬肉的生长无明显变化。手术后1d:视力≥1.0者34眼(87%),视力≥0.8者5眼(13%);手术后1a:视力≥1.0者36眼(92%),视力≥0.8者3眼(8%)。结论:合并翼状胬肉的近视患者行LASIK治疗疗效依然确切、安全可行。2a内LASIK手术对翼状胬肉的生长无明显影响。远期影响有待进一步观察,特别是翼状胬肉长入角膜瓣区域后,由于角膜表面应力的改变引起的屈光变化值得深入研究。AIM：To discuss therapeutic methods,curative effect,specificity and problems which need to be paied attention to in myopia patients with pterygium.·METHODS：Twenty-one myopia patients with pterygium（39 eyes） from August 1999 to March 2007 underwent laser assisted in situ keratomi leusis（LASIK） surgery. Preo-perative design,intraoperative condition and curative effect were performed statistical analysis. ·RESULTS：LASIK surgery was completed smoothly in myopia patients with pterygium. After surgery there were no obvious changes in pterygiums growth.1 day after surgery：Vision ≥1.0,34 eyes（87%） ;vision ≥0.8,5 eyes（13%） ;1 year after surgery：Vision ≥1.0,36 eyes（92%） ,vision ≥0.8,3 eyes（8%） .·CONCLUSION：Curative effect of LASIK for the treat-ment of myopia combined with pterygium is accurate,and it seems to be safe and feasible.There was no obvious influence of LASIK surgery on pterygium growth within 2 year.The long-term influences need to be observed furtherly,especially the change of refraction caused by the cornea surface stress change when the pterygium enters into the cornea flap region.
