摘　　要：以问题为基础(problem based learning,PBL)教学模式,是目前国际上较为流行的一种教学方法,它强调以主动学习为主,使学习者置身于情景之中。健康教育是临床护理的重要组成部分,我们把PBL模式应用到青光眼患者的健康教育中,对提高患者的自控行为能力,改变不良生活方式,促进疾病的治疗和康复,起到了非常好的效果。Problem based learning（PBL） is a prevailing education model,which emphasizes the important role of initiative learning and places the learners themselves in the scene. Health education is a major part of clinical nursing. The health education of glaucomatous patients with PBL model application will increase the self-control ability of the patients,change the unhealthy Lifestyles and promote the treatment and recovery.
