牙列末端游离缺失采用套筒冠义齿修复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨采用套筒冠固位体修复牙列末端游离缺失的临床效果.方法采用套筒冠固位体为20例牙列末端游离缺失患者进行修复,分别于修复前、修复后3个月及修复后2a进行咀嚼效能的检测并检查义齿的固位力、基牙的健康状况以及义齿使用情况.结果套筒冠义齿修复前后咀嚼效能差异有统计学意义(F=7.182,P<0.01),修复2a内患者对义齿的固位效果、舒适度与美观性较为满意.结论应用套筒冠固位体修复牙列末端游离缺失的临床效果满意,具有提高咀嚼效能、提高固位力及美观、舒适的作用.Objectives To evaluate the prosthetic effect of telescopic tentures on distal-extended tooth missing. Methods 20 patients with distal-extended tooth missing were treated with occlusal reconstruction using telescopic dentures. The masticatory efficiency was examined before treatment, 3 months and 2 a after treatment, the retention force of dentures, the abutment teeth, and the use of dentures were also examined. Results There was significant difference in the masticatory efficiency between before and after treatment （F = 7.182, P 〈 0.01 ）. Most of the patients were satisfied with the retention effect, comfort and esthetics of the dentures. Conclusion The telescopic dentures have good clinical effects on distal-extended tooth missing extention, and can improve the masticatory efficiency and the retention force of dentures besides comfort and esthetics.
