摘 要:当今世界会展业的发展已经取得了举世瞩目的成就,带动了相关人流、物流、资金流、信息流的迅速发展。尤其在以美国和德国为代表的欧美国家,会展业对GDP贡献十分明显,会展业俨然成为经济结构中重要的产业部门。在介绍当今美、德会展业发展模式的基础上,采用比较分析的方法,分析了两国会展业发展的异同之处,并结合当前中国会展业存在的问题,借鉴美德会展业发展的先进经验,得出中国会展业发展应该管理突出行业化、办展注重专业化、发展实现品牌化、人才培养优秀化的启示。Today, the development of MICE has made remarkable achievements, which drives the rapid development of relevant talent flow, logistics, capital flow, and information flow. In the European and American countries, especially in United States and Germany, the MICE industry has become a very important industrial sector in the economic structure. This article firstly introduces the development model of MICE industry in the United States and Germany, and then uses the method of comparative analysis to expound the similarities and differences of the development of MICE industry in the two countries. At last, based on the analysis of the problems of the MICE industry in China, the article draws the conclusion that China could get some inspiration from the successful experience of the MICE industry in the United States and Germany,and China's development of MICE should highlight industrialized management, focus on specialization, pay more attention to brand and train more specialized staff.
