摘  要:研究了一种基于最小均方差(LMS)的自适应预测视频编码方法。这种视频编码方法灵活可调,相比传统的混合编码方法,由于减小了方块效应和平滑作用,因而可以改善视频编码的整体质量。实验结果证明,这种视频编码的方法可以显著改善视频质量,提高功率信噪比(PSNR),对于运动物体和背景之间的对比度较大以及照度变化较大的视频序列,改善的效果尤为明显。In the paper, the author presented a least mean square (LMS) based adaptive prediction for video coding. Due to its sealability features,this approach improves the overall quality of coded video compared with that of conventional hybrid coding, and both the blocking and ghosting artifacts are also reduced. Experiment results show that the video quality as well as PSNR values are greatly improved with the proposed method , especially under the conditions of video sequences with large contrast between the moving objects and the baekground and the sequences with illumination variations.
