摘 要:选取50只大鼠,随机分组,按照训练模型进行为期5周的耐力训练,最后一次训练进行一次力竭运动,力竭运动后,立即处死取心肌组织,进行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)测定.结果表明:当归粗多糖对大鼠运动能力有明显提高,运动给药组比运动对照组大鼠心组织抗氧化酶(SOD、GSH-Px、CAT)活性显著升高,脂质过氧化产物MDA含量显著下降.由此得出:当归粗多糖可明显延长大鼠跑台力竭时间,提高心肌组织抗氧化能力,保证了运动中心脏的正常生理功能.The paper probes into the effect of Angelica Polysaccharide on anti-oxidation of a rat's myocardial tissue. 50 selected rats are randomly divided and then made to take endurance training according to training model for 5 weeks, with an exhaustive motion conducted as the last training. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), catalase (CAT) are measured in myocardial tissue out of the newly-killed rat after its exhaustive motion. The results show that, in rat myocardial tissue of Medicine-taking Group rather than Non-medicine-taking Group, angelica polysaccharide is capable of markedly enhancing the rat's motion, activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, GSH-PX, CAT) evidently increases while lipid peroxide MDA content decreases. Angelica polysaccharide can prolong the exhaustion time of a rat and improve its myocardial anti-oxidation, ensuring the normal physiological motion of its heart.
