摘　　要：本文阐述了废弃物的基本概念和危险废弃物管理的基本理论;并结合美国对危险废弃物的管理情况,与我国当前的危险废弃物管理的政策以及执行现状进行比较,提出了紧急处理危险废弃物的方法和措施,同时对我国的危险固体废弃物防范提出一些建设性的建议,以期我国更好地贯彻科学发展观,提高环境保护的质量与效率。The essay explained the fundamental conception of waste material and the fundamental theory of the management of hazardous waste material; and compared the situation of managing hazardous waste material in USA with China＇s current hazardous waste management policy and implementation status. In order to carry out the thought of scientific development and improve the quality and efficiency of protecting environment, the essay also putted forward the countermeasures and methods of management hazardous waste material in urgent situation, and also raised some constructive suggestions to take precautions against the hazardous solid waste material in China.
