摘　　要：目的探讨Meige综合症的ICD-10编码。方法复习医学文献,对临床均称为"Meige综合症"的三种疾病学习、鉴别,按国际疾病分类原则进行ICD-10编码。结果对中文音译病名相同,但性质不同的三种疾病有了进一步认识,并给予对应的ICD编码。结论编码员阅读病案,提高医学知识和国际疾病分类专业技能,是认识疾病准确进行编码的关键。Objective To investigate the code of Meige syndrome in ICD - 10. Methods Through reviewing medical literature, we studied and differentiated three diseases which are all called ＂Meige syndrome＂ by, and made ICD - 10 coding according to the principles of International Classification of Diseases. Results We further understood these three diseases which have the same Chinese name but different characteristics and gave them corresponding codes in ICD - 10. Conclusion Coders read medical records and improve medical knowledge and professional skills of the International Classification of Diseases are critical to diseases understanding and coding.
