摘　　要：本文论述了校企合作的四种模式,分析了存在的三个典型问题,即企业与高校合作双方观念存在较大差异、政府主导的校企合作的政策法规不健全、校企合作所必需的完善的利益和风险投资机制尚未建成;提出了对策:整合校企合作观念,共建校企科研机构;完善政府主导的校企合作的政策法规体系;完善校企合作的利益分享与风险投资机制;设立研究基金,加大经费的投入与筹措;加大政府在校企合作中的管理和支持的力度;规范校企合作,创新利益分配;加强校企双方的沟通,形成良性的交流机制。This article discourses four types of university-enterprise cooperation, and analyzes three typical problems of their cooperation, that is, the big concept-difference about cooperation between university and enterprise, the imperfect of policy on the cooperation between university and enterprise which is in the leading of the government, the mechanism lack of sharing interest and risk. Then, we propose some countermeasures, that is we should intergrate the concept about cooperation between university and enterprise, set up some research institutions; perfect the cooperation policy led by government; perfect the interest sharing and risk investment mechanism, set up research fund and enlarge the invest, strengthen the government＇s role of manage and surportting in cooperation; regulate the cooperation, innovation the distribution of benefits; strengthen the communication between university and enterprise to form a good exchanging mechanism.
