摘　　要：该文介绍了市政信息管理系统包含的基本功能，给出了市政设施数据模型的抽象方法，基于MAPGIS实现了市政基础设施的管理功能．对市政管理信息化建设有重要的参考作用。The paper introduces the basic function of the municipal information management system, puts forward the abstract methods of the municipal facilities data model, and realizes the management function of the basic municipal facilities based on the MAPGIS.This paper has the reference effect on information construction of the municipal management.
