摘  要:在光栅刻划中,为了提高光栅的刻划精度,光栅刻划时的环境温度的稳定是非常重要的。运用PLC实现了中阶梯光栅刻划机工作环境温度的控制.并通过编程口实现了计算机对PLC控制过程的实时监控与数据采集,对系统的构成、功能作了介绍。较详细地讨论了系统中PLC的程序设计,编程口通信协议;给出了相应的PLC梯形图和实际监控曲线。During the process of grating ruling, The stability of ambient temperature is quait important for the accuracy of grating. In this letter, the control of ambient temperature for the Echelle grating by PLC is realized, and the real-time Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition through the computer by programming port are achieved.The constitution and the functions are also introduced. The programing of the PLC in this system and communications protocol of the programming port are discussed in detail and the PLC ladder diagram and the ILeal-time monitoring curve are shown.
