摘　　要：目前我国具有国际影响力的科技期刊为数不多,"软实力"的欠缺是原因之一.打造科技期刊"软实力"可以从构建期刊文化以及加强其洞察力、策划力、凝聚力和影响力这几个方面入手.我国科技期刊亟需打造"软实力"以获得持久的竞争力.There are not many sci-tech periodicals with international force in China. Lacking Soft Power may be one of the reasons. Sci-tech periodicals can enhance their competitiveness through Soft Power, which includes the following aspects： constructing culture of the periodical; strengthening insight, planning, team spirit and influence of the periodical.
