摘　　要：文章介绍了一种能准确简便测定药物中碘的新方法。经氧瓶燃烧处理后，在由KNO3、Vc、Nα2－EDTA和TritonX－100组成的混合介质中，用2．5次微分阴极溶出伏安法分析了甲状腺片中的微量碘，其相对标准偏差为4．3％（n＝5），回收率为101．1％。This paper describes a new method of determination of iodide in pharmaceuticals.Treated by combustion in an oxygen flask, tabellae thyroidea were analysed in a mixed medium composed of KNO3、Vc、Na2-EDTA and Triton X- 100 by 2.5 order differential cathodic stripping voltammetry. The trace amount of iodide in tabellae thyroidea was determined and a relative standard deviation of 4.3% (n=5 ) and a recovery of 101.1% were obtained.
