面颈联合野配合腔内放射治疗鼻咽癌56例临床分析  

A Clinical Analysis for Nasopharyngeal Cancer Patient Treated with Radiation Through Face-neck Joint Portal and Intracavitary Brachytherapy

摘　　要：本文使用面颈联合野配合腔内治疗（联合组）鼻咽癌５６例，与我院鼻咽癌传统的治疗方法耳前野加颈部切线野（分野组）对比进行前瞻性研究，结果表明３、５年生存率和复发率联合组为７８５７％、６０７％、１６０７％，而分野组为６６１％、３９３％、２８５７％。二组晚期放射性损伤明显不同，颈部Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°放射性软组织纤维化联合组２６７％，而分野组达４２８６％，联合组无后组颅神经放射性损伤而分野组达８９３％，联合组３、５年生存率及生存质量明显优于分野组。A prospective randomized research on 56 (nasopharyngeal cancer NPC) patients treated with irradiation through face-neck joint portal and intracavitary brachyradiotherpy (joint group,JG) compared with those treated with traditional methods of irradiation through face portal and neck portal separately (separate group,SG) was reported.The result showed that the survival rates of 3,5 years and recurrence rate were 78.57%,60.7%,16.07% in JG and 66.1%,39.3%,28.5% in SG;late radiation damage was also distinctly different between these two groups:the incidence of Ⅱ°,Ⅲ° radiation fibrosis in neck soft tissue was 26.7% in JG and 42.86% in SG;the incidence of damage in the rear group of cranial nerves was zero in JG,and 8.93% in SG.It suggests that the survival rates of 3,5 years and survival quality were obviously better in JG than in SG.
