社区获得性肺炎患者住院与门急诊治疗费用的比较分析

摘　　要：目的:比较分析社区获得性肺炎患者住院与门急诊治疗费用,以及由此产生的原因。方法:对133例社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患者进行回顾性研究,分为住院治疗组(甲组)与门急诊治疗组(乙组),对两组患者的总医疗费用、药费、检查费及疗程进行分析,所有数据采用spss14.0软件进行统计后分析。结果:住院治疗组患者治疗的总医疗费用、药费、检查费以及疗程均明显高于门急诊组。结论:现行的医疗保险政策需要调整,由此才能提高医疗资源的有效利用,减少医疗保险费用的浪费。Objective： Comparing and analysising the treat cost of hospitalization and emergency for the patient of community-acquired pneumonia,as well as the reason of it. Methods： Made a retrospective study for 133 community-acquired pneumonia patients,set up hospitalization group and emergency group,analysis the total medical cost, medicine cost, diagnose cost and course of treatment of two groups,at last,statistics data by spss14.0. Results： The total medical cost, medicine cost, diagnose cost and course of treatment of hospitalization group were all higher than the emergency group. Conclusion： The policy of medical insurance should be adjusted,this can improve utilization of medical resource and reduce the cost of medical insurance.
