摘　　要：目的:探讨Claudin-7、β-catenin和MT1-mmp在乳腺癌中的表达及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测55例乳腺癌组织和20例乳腺良性病变组织中Claudin-7、β-catenin和MT1-mmp的表达情况,并分析3者表达之间的相关性,以及与乳腺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果:Claudin-7在乳腺癌组织的表达明显下调(P<0.01),阳性表达率为18.6%,与肿瘤临床分期和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);β-catenin在乳腺癌组织的表达明显上调(P<0.01),阳性表达率为79.1%,与肿瘤分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.01);MT1-mmp在乳腺良恶性病变中表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Claudin-7和β-catenin表达呈显著负相关(rs=-0.813,P(0.001),Claudin-7或β-catenin与MT1-mmp表达之间无相关性。结论:Claudin-7可能是潜在的肿瘤抑制剂,与β-catenin表达呈显著负相关。β-catenin可能间接调控Claudin-7的表达。推测Claudin-7和β-catenin联合检测对乳腺癌的治疗和预后判断有指导作用。Objective：To study the expreesions of claudin 7,β-catenin,and MT1-mmp in the breast cancer and their relationship.Methods：Immunohistochemical analyses were used to detect the expressions of claudin-7,β-catenin,and MT1-mmp in 55 specimens of breast cancer tissues.Results：In the breast cancer,the expression of claudin-7 was significantly down-regulated with the positive rate of 18.6%.It was related with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis.The expression of β-catenin was significantly up-regulated with the positive rate of 79.1% in the breast cancer tissues.It correlated with tumor histological grading,clinical staging and lymph node metastasis.But the expression of the MT1-mmp between the benign lesion and the breast cancer tissues had no difference.In addition,there was a strikingly negative correlation between the expression of claudin-7 and β-catenin（rs=-0.813,P﹤0.001）.Both claudin-7 and β-catenin had no correlation with the expression of MT1-mmp.Conclusion：Claudin-7 maybe a potential tumor-suppressing gene,and it has negative correlation with β-catenin.β-catenin regulates expression of claudin-7 indirectly.Combined assessment of expression of claudin-7 and β-catenin provides help for treatment and estimation of prognosis of breast cancer.
